Theo Lee will graduate in May 2020 and is studying Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics & Statistics. He is passionate about disrupting healthcare through the intersection of technology, business and design. He will be returning to Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA), where he aids in developing commercial software health products on the BCBS Institute team. He previously served as the Director of MedHacks, the nation’s premier medical hackathon, that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration in solving the world’s most pressing medical problems. He also co-founded, AssistENT, which is developing the first nasal dilator suitable for daily use. He has aided the venture’s business development efforts by working on marketing and commercialization strategies, helping raise over $150k in seed funding and over $80k in grants.
