Raymond Hunce is an MBA candidate at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School, with a concentration in Finance. He has an intense interest in investing, especially when paired with being part of a team that helps their portfolio companies grow, thrive, and provide its product or service to more people in their respective markets. Starting off, and continuing as a volunteer equity research associate for Ryan Guttridge, CFA, a Baltimore-based hedge fund manager, Raymond was eager to become a member of a venture capital team that invests in, and helps early stage startups reach their full potential. Prior to his graduate studies, Raymond majored in Physics, Mathematics, and Biochemistry at Pace University in NY, while also competing as an amatuer boxer outside of school. Before that, he served in the U.S. Army for 5 years as a Special Forces Soldier and deployed to Jordan and Iraq.
